Welcome to the Capricornia School of Distance Education
We are one of only seven schools of distance education in Queensland and offer educational services to students from preschool through to year 10. We are unique in that our school operates across two campuses with facilities located in both Emerald and Rockhampton. From these two campuses we are able to provide innovative programs to families across a wide geographic area. Our school has a proud history of overcoming the barriers created by distance to ensure that our educational programs are well supported by our caring teaching staff. Our teaching staff are in turn supported by the wonderful work undertaken by our home tutors. This partnership ensures that the results achieved by our students are of a high standard.
